Online orders will be shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Orders including items stocked at a retail location are subject to extended processing time. Items normally ship via USPS (USPS estimates actual transit times from 1-5 days from shipment). A shipping confirmation email including a tracking number from usps.com will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse. Island Snow Hawaii does not ship to freight forwarders. Online Return Policy
If you're not happy with your online purchase for any reason, simply send back your unused item within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Please contact us at info@islandsnow.com with the order number and the style numbers of the items being returned. To qualify for a merchandise refund, items must be returned in original, unused condition with original tagging. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. We will notify you as soon as your return is processed. All sales are final on discounted and on-sale merchandise. In-Store Return Policy
All returns must be made within 7 days of the date of purchase; all other exchanges must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items must be accompanied with sales receipt and be in sale-able condition. Refund/exchange amount will be determined by the price of the item at the time of the return/exchange. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. Hang tags and Island Snow Hawaii price tags must be intact on the merchandise. All sales are final on discounted and on-sale merchandise.
